The latest weather maps reveal that parts of the UK could see temperatures hitting highs of 29C, with other areas set to sizzle in the high-20s.
Weather maps from WXCharts suggest that on September 9 the southeast could see temperatures soaring to 29C, while central and eastern England could exceed 27C.
Meanwhile, northern regions and parts of north Wales will likely experience low 20Cs, and Scotland is set for temperatures in the high teens.
The London area is expected to take the brunt of the heat with highs of 28C-29C while Norfolk, Suffolk and Kent could easily hit 27C.
Coastal areas in Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset and northern parts of Somerset and Devon are predicted to see the mercury rise once more in the second week of September to up to 27C.

The next three weeks are expected to bring in long periods of balmy weather courtesy of blistering heat coming in from the continent.
Weather maps indicate conditions will fluctuate between average seasonal temperatures and lasting bouts of hot weather.
Even in the farthest reaches of Scotland, the mercury could reach 20C, although it will be cooler along the eastern coastal areas.
The Met Office's long-range forecast noted the next month will come with a "good deal of dry and settled weather" for most of the country.
High pressure will mostly remain in charge, although the experts warned rainfall continues to be possible for some areas.
